Indoor Account Manager - Parcels /Logistics/Supply Chain Location: , Nottingham Salary C: £25K base OTE C: £35K Overview Our Client operates a national network of distribution services, delivering to their Clients around the UK. They are looking for several Indoor Sales Executives to join a buzzing telesales team in Nottingham . Our ideal candidate will have experience of Telesales /Indoor Sales - within the Parcels/Logistics or Supply Chain Industry. The Position Buildcloseandeffectiveworkingrelationshipswithanetworkofcontactswithinthecustomer base viatelephone Ensurerevenueandprofitopportunitiesaremaximised Sellinrateincreasesasandwhennecessary Identifyandcloseadditionalrevenueopportunitieswiththecustomerbaseviatelephone Developastrongworkingrelationshipwithinternal colleagues Build/Manage&Maintainanongoingcallcycleofexistingcustomers Create a sustainable network of contacts and key individuals within the existing customer base Workwithseniorcolleaguestodevelopactionplansinlinewithstrategicobjectivesfor existingcustomers Provide a key role in the implementation of organic revenue increasecustomers To manage customer relationships by demonstrating value through regular service performance reports asrequired Manage call cycles in order to ensure customers’ demands are met and any additional revenue opportunities areidentified To manage customer trade againstprofile To demonstrate strong knowledge of the Parcels Industry To take ownership of any rateincreases Submit accurate and timely activityreports Attend scheduled salesmeetings The Individual Experience within either Parcels /Pallets /Logistics/Supply Chainindustry Ability to converse at alllevels Detailed understanding of how to create value withinrelationships Proven track record of quality organic revenuegeneration Excellent presentation and communicationskills Problem solving abilities; able to facilitate discussions Microsoft skills i.e. Excel, Word, Email, Access &PowerPoint Apply Vicky
