Overview
Senior Delivery Recruitment Consultant - IT c.£30-40k comm . If you are better at candidate management and resourcing than cold calling then this is for you. Supporting the Director of Technology and Change you will be focused on sourcing candidates for a broad range of senior IT positions across the UK within the highly lucrative Finance and Insurance markets. With a regular flow of vacancies you will be supporting the candidate journey from application to placement and aftercare. You will need to have proven experience in a Resourcing / Delivery role, be an excellent relationship builder and be able to work at pace. Previous IT recruitment experience at the senior end of the market is essential. Package - Senior Delivery Recruitment Consultant - IT Basic up to £40k (neg) Generous commission with OTE potential of c.£20k on top Birthday off, Duvet days Medical Insurance On-going training and career development You must have experience in a Delivery or 360 Recruitment Consultant role with a proven track record of success in the senior IT space. You will be focused on managing the end-to-end candidate journey and supporting the Director with all aspects of advertising, sourcing, selection and placement.
