Package: - Basic salary £50-60k Uncapped Commission Share Options - 22 days holiday BH (increases on anniversary to max of 25) - Free gym membership with The Gym Group - Perkbox - Company Amazon prime account - Private health care with Vitality - Employee Sim Card - unlimited calls, texts, 16GB of data ( 1 family member) The Role This is a key role within the UK Sales team responsible for the definition and execution of sales and marketing programs & initiatives including strategy implementation with the direct and indirect channel, partner training, direct marketing, thought leadership, sales strategy and the management of the alliances pipeline. Responsibilities will typically include: - Strategy Development and Implementation - Revenue Optimisation - Market Positioning - Indirect Sales Strategy Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Solid experience of strategic sales/ alliances negotiating within a B2B environment - Excellent communication, written and presentation skills - The ability to manage Pipeline and close deals within quarterly targets - Demonstrable ability to uncover and close business opportunities - Commercial skills and general business acumen including understanding margins and factors which affect the achievement of targets Desirable: An active interest in communication and IP technologies coupled with any experience of Salesforce.com or auxiliary platforms, Telecommunications, VoIP, IT sales, SaaS or Cloud solutions
