Overview
Great role for an experienced high value fundraiser looking to broaden their skills, with an interest in social investment/enterprise models. This is an exciting new role within the fundraising department, leading on trusts, foundations, government, major donor, social enterprise and investment income. The position manages a team of five high value fundraisers, raising c.£1.5m. The charity is looking for a candidate with drive and ambition who can look at different fundraising models, including social enterprise. Commercial candidates with knowledge and experience of social enterprise/investment will also be considered. Job specification The idea candidate will: have experience of trusts & foundations and major donor fundraising, with demonstrable experience of securing six-figure gifts; have experience or knowledge of social investment and social enterprise financing models; be a strategic thinker, able to see the bigger picture and identify new opportunities.
