Overview

My client, a nationally recognised not-for-profit brand now has a fantastic opportunity for a strategically focused Resourcing and Talent Management specialist to join them on a permanent basis. As Resourcing and Talent Manager you will bring your expertise into an organisation that encourages innovation, new ways of working and continuous improvement as you lead the development and implementation of the overall talent strategy and work on a number of key strategic resourcing and talent priority projects. The successful candidate will be an experienced Resourcing and Talent specialist able to lead on strategic resourcing and talent management and become a lead partner to both the business and HR leadership team. To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will need to be agile, innovative and customer-focused in your approach and require proven experience in: Providing strategic oversight, design, development and implementation of strategic resourcing/workforce solutions and interventions at all levels, gained in a large and nationally dispersed organisation. Designing innovative, agile resourcing and talent packages and services that attract and retain high performing employees through a focus on employer brand and culture. Developing and owning the Workforce strategy and collaborating with strategic business leaders and colleagues to design innovative solutions to recruit, attract and onboard employees across all channels and platforms. Acting as a thought leader and leading research, design and implementation of best practice policy, procedures and tools relating to workforce planning, future roles and skills.
