Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a bright and diligent Credit Controller to join a busy finance team within a London based charity. This organisation are dedicated to working with various institutions in order to develop a culture of acceptance and inclusivity. Through their hard work our client has helped large numbers of people feel safer and more accepted in social and work environments. The main purpose of this role is to support the finance team with the accounts receivable function. The main responsibilities of this role will be clearing aged debt, contacting suppliers for overdue invoices and supporting the finance officer with their responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role will have the following attributes: - A great understanding of the accounts receivable process and experience taking responsibility for this function - The confidence to deal with any issues or queries that arise across the AR process - Great excel skills and experience using other accountancy software - An understanding of double entry - A proactive and confident approach to credit control - Brilliant communication skills and an excellent phone manner
