Senior Commercial Technology Lawyer - Leading International Law Firm £100,000 - £130,000 Join a leading International Law Firm: Tier 1 Technology team High level of support and training Growing TMT and Life Sciences sector strength Work closely with market-leading Partners Friendly and supportive environment Good work/life balance compared to that of the Magic Circle Future facing law firm that offers excellent development and progression opportunities Your role as a Commercial Technology Lawyer: Advise high-profile clients ranging from large blue-chip organisations to smaller commercial entities in this client facing role Work on a variety of matters in the commercial, IP, IT and data protection space Draft and negotiate relevant commercial contracts including distribution, licencing, collaboration and supply agreements Be involved in business development and networking events to strengthen relationships and the firm's brand This opportunity to become Commercial Technology Lawyer is perfect for an enthusiastic and commercially aware individual who: Has at least 5 years PQE Has a strong academic background including scientific related studies Has prior experience advising on technology transactions Demonstrates a wider interest in the technology community Pro-Legal has a long-standing relationship with this organisation and we would love to add you to the group of successful and satisfied individuals we work with.
