Your new company Providing expert advice in the property sector for almost 100 years, this central London consultancy pride themselves on their reputation and commitment to clients. Through their office network they are involved in some of the largest commercial, residential and mixed-use property projects in the UK today. The firm are totally committed and always direct, putting clients first and offering the best possible service based on a stable and sustainable partnership ethos. Your new role You will be managing the setup of new instructions and portfolios from high end offices to retail assets across London. You will ensure client reports are prepared to the correct specifications and issued to clients in accordance with agreed timescales. You will be managing a comprehensive tenancy schedule including lease terms and occupation costs for each unit. You will ensure that all rents are raised correctly and that all tenant arrears are proactively managed. You will also be dealing with tenant and client queries on a regular basis as well as liaising with the building managers and regional facilities managers so a good level of communication is key.
