About the company: Providing artificial intelligence solutions to businesses throughout the UK and internationally, the company specialises in: AI virtual agents Language technology Response engines Duties & Responsibilities of the Sales Operations Executive: The Sales Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring the sales department is operating in the most effective way and managing prospecting and selling Ownership of company prospecting efforts Managing web and telephone leads, liaising with the wider sales team Managing sales information via Salesforce, utilising reporting and dashboards Supporting the wider sales team and feeding back to other departments Responsibility for sales led marketing efforts, working closely with marketing to create sales material Managing networking events, sales events, trade shows etc Experience & Skills needed of the Sales Operations Executive: The Sales Operations Executive will have previous B2B sales experience, ideally in a technology environment Salesforce CRM experience Ability to analyse and interpret data Excellent written and communication skills Self-starting, with experience working successfully in cross functional teams In return for the Sales Operations Executive: Competitive negotiable salary Bonus scheme A leading team with the best in the industry Central London offices Incentives and comprehensive benefits 25 days holiday a year and company pension
