Managing a team of 10 field sales people across Western Europe you can play a part in helping them to continually grow and be the best they can be. Your responsibilities • Line management of the sales team who are based across EMEA, including performance management, target and objective setting, coaching and development • Ongoing development of the Sales strategy for the team, working with the team to build on existing relationships and securing work with new customers • Own the team's sales number, conducting quarterly sales forecasts and pipeline review with the team • Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape to assist in putting together proposals and pricing to secure new logo businesses • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and feedback on performance Our ideal candidate • Degree educated • From a Software/SaaS background • Experience of managing field based sales team, ideally experience on managing remote team • Ability to coach, mentor and performance manage a sales team • IT literate, including MS Office products and To apply for this role, submit your CV directly.
