We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Sales Director to encourage inspire and motivate a highly professional and motivated team of sales professionals to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Leading the sales managers to participate in the long term plan for their region and is accountable for the performance of the team. (Sales forecast and customer feedback forecasting) As Sales Director you will define the commercial strategy for the UK market Deliver budget and revenue growth targets for retail segments as part of the business. Support and drive strategic planning and processes for revenue specifically for the retail segment of the business. Identify potential partnerships and joint ventures. You will have experience in Commercial strategies Manage Budgets, Resources & Financial Planning Strong Leadership skills with Sales & Account Managers Deal negotiation with stakeholder Management Must have 10-15 years’ experience within working in the Travel Industry. Knowledge of the retail travel segments within the Travel Industry is essential. University Degree ideally in (Business, Tourism or Engineering).
