Competitive Salary Great Career Progression The Company: Our client is an independent Estate Agency with numerous offices around Buckinghamshire and constantly expanding and growing as a business. They are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Sales Progressor to join their established company. Role includes: Managing the sales progression process from the very beginning of accepted offer through to the end of completion - ensuring all partied are kept in the loop and very well informed. Making sure all files are maintained and updated for every sale and ensure all administrative duties are carried out to a high level of accuracy and perfection. The ideal candidate will be the sole point of contact for all parties. They will have to liaise with conveyancers / solicitors, surveyors and financial advisors on a daily basis. They will be promoting the companies services where appropriate and generating referral leads. Person Specification : Well Organized Proactive Ability to work on their own initiative Must be able to multitask Essential Criteria: Right to work in the UK Must have recent experience in Sales Negotiating / Sales Progression within London Desirable Criteria Additional Languages
