Overview

We have recently acquired Aspiring Minds, owners of an AI-powered online coding test and as a result we have launched a brand new role -Sales Specialist, Coding to support this launch. As our newly appointed Sales Specialist you will provide support to the European sales teams and be SHL's expert on our integrated product and service offerings for coding products. You will work with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to accelerate the sales process and increase the probability of closing large and complex engagements. You will add credibility to commercial activities, serving as a trusted partner and leveraging extensive experience to drive commercial conversations for customers. You will add capacity and scale to the sales organisation by providing best practices and shared experiences to the commercial teams, enabling individual sellers to ramp more quickly and be more effective in role. Key Accountabilities: You will be the subject matter expert on SHL’s solutions, and partner with the sales team to architect and develop solution offerings and execute solution strategies for assigned accounts and/or territories across the sales cycle. You will also be involved in scoping conversations related to assessment products and services and support bid response teams by providing strategic direction and authoring of custom responses where necessary. As our newly appointed Sales Specialist you will enable the commercial teams to sell product offerings and identify new and cross-sell opportunities. You will also direct and coordinate the creation of sales collateral for both custom opportunities as well as contributing to the creation of materials through Product Marketing and Sales Enablement. This role will form part of the solutions team and you will be responsible for determining when to bring in Consulting/CS involvement for sales opportunities/scoping/support. You will support both the sales and marketing teams through the delivery/execution of speaking engagements, local events, blogs and conferences as well as providing expertise on market trends. You will champion the development of new products and services and partner with the sales teams to create a strategies. You will be required to be though leader and participate in external events. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelors Degree in psychology, human resources, or a related field. Proven track record of building and maintaining excellent customer relationships with both technical and business stakeholders. Ability to map SHL’s offerings against customer needs and to identify new opportunities within the territory/customers. Consistent proven achievement against goals or targets. Ensures operating within compliance from a process, legal and revenue recognition. Aligns with SHL’s core values and represents them in the market. Experience of either coding or video interviewing Belief in importance and relevance of talent management solutions and SHL’s product offerings.
