Sponsorship Sales Executive - Russian speaker Identifying, approaching and making proposals to potential sponsors Keeping updated with the current trends and developments of the market (oil & gas, chemicals, digital transformation) Managing the entire sales cycle Establishing & developing high-level relationships with key customers Managing existing accounts Meeting event sponsorship targets Producing reports with recommendations, concerning sales strategies for the project team Keeping up to date with products and competitors Visiting clients on a regular basis Attending our events and work effectively with the team on-site to ensure the smooth running of the events and looking after our clients Keeping updated with the current trends and developments of the market (oil & gas, chemicals, digital transformation) Managing the entire sales cycle Identifying, approaching and making proposals to potential sponsors Establishing & developing high-level relationships with key customers Managing existing accounts Meeting event sponsorship targets Producing reports with recommendations, concerning sales strategies for the project team Keeping up to date with products and competitors Visiting clients on a regular basis Attending our events and work effectively with the team on-site to ensure the smooth running of the events And looking after our clients Solid B2B sales experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Proven new business development and account management abilities A good, long-term, strategic mindset Ability to segment target markets correctly Excellent communication skills Strong team-orientation with individual accountability Energy & enthusiasm Russian language is an advantage In return, we offer you a friendly working environment, competitive salary and commission structure, regular international travel, and ongoing training and development.
