OVERVIEW: As a Sponsorship Sales Manager, you'll work directly with our Senior Sales Director, EMEA to drive the direction and success of key events with the CDM Media portfolio. You'll develop and lead a team while being supported by our Relationship Management & Client Services teams. SKILLS: To be considered for this role, please have the following: Experience: At least 4 years in a sponsorship sales role while mentoring/managing a team. Education: Bachelor's degree Skills: Excellent communication skills, someone with a strong prospecting mindset and a can-do will-do attitude. Strong phone-based presentation skills and enjoy leading and working with a team. Characteristics: We're looking for self-motivated people with a true determination to succeed. RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Sponsorship Sales Manager, you'll have a key role in a growing successful B2B Technology Marketing and Events company with a strong emphasis on growth. You'll be responsible for: Creating and managing a pipeline of prospects to grow the sponsorship client base. Achieving both new and repeat business revenue targets or each event you work on. Providing coaching and direction to direct reports to ensure their continued professional growth and excellence. Training, managing and recruiting a team of B2B sales to meet and exceed their revenue goals. Attendance and delivery of events across Europe Preparing sales proposals for sponsorship investments. Implement efficient key account management strategies to maximize client relations.
