We are looking to recruit passionate industry leading professionals who will be part of a team within a leading global media company. Hearst Live is the award-winning live events division of Hearst UK. Creating live experiences for our iconic media brands such as Cosmopolitan, Esquire, Elle, Harper's Bazaar and Country Living. The Role Leading the commercial efforts of the Entertainment and Wellness group sponsorship team as part of a wider Hearst Live sponsorship team. Current brand projects include Women's Health Live and Cosmopolitan Influencer Awards. The role also supports the sale of live experiences bespoke to client. Live Experience Partnership Development Work with the Brand and Agency sales teams and Hearst Live team to create and deliver client growth strategy for Women's Health and Cosmopolitan events; brand and bespoke. Upsell event sponsorship and partnerships to current and new clients across the existing and new Hearst brand experiences Proactively drive a new business strategy to engage showcase current and new opportunities for event partnerships and / or white label services Support the wider Hearst Live sponsorship team on integrated sponsorship and partnership pitches across multiple internal Hearst stakeholders Work alongside the editorial, design and event delivery teams (e.g. marketing) to create integrated client campaigns that support client partnerships and white label executions o Internal marketing channels - print, online, social o External marketing channels - above / below line Client service management Working alongside the Hearst Live Client Service and Marketing to ensure the successful delivery of all event partnerships and their campaigns to maximise client satisfaction Responsible for working alongside the Client Service and Marketing team to create post campaign reporting across all Entertainment and Wellness brand and bespoke event partnerships with the aim of communicating ROI to client partners Team Management Lead and empower the Hearst Live commercial team to deliver proposed client campaigns exceeding all client expectations Influence the culture of business development and strong client relationships throughout the wider Hearst Live team. Excellence in Live Experience Clear understanding of the live events and experiential sector Proven experience in creating, developing and pitching award winning live experiences or integrated campaigns Strong awareness of competitor activity and industry trends Understanding of the role of amplification, social media platforms and methods for amplification across content and live events Understanding audiences Demonstrate clear understanding of the Hearst audiences, their challenges, passions and how to engage with the them through live experiences Experience of working in fitness, wellness, health industry(ies), pitching live experiences to client brands The Person Experience of new client acquisition or current client development either direct to client, via agency or otherwise A establish 'black book' of contacts in fitness, wellness, health and / or young women's markets Proven results in selling sponsorship and partnership opportunities to new and existing clients Established relationships with clients (direct) or agency that may be relevant to Hearst Ability to collaborate and communicate with multiple divisions within the Hearst group and across different client industries Proven ability to work within a team culture, support and help team members when required Passionate about live experiences and complete belief in the power of live experiences Self-starter attitude, confident but not arrogant, self-belief and an always learning attitude Ability and enthusiasm to work with clients and opportunities at all levels Experience of using Sales Force or similar CRM system
