Commercial Paralegal Would you like the chance to work for an Independent Education Charity based in London? Are you looking to progress your career in a supportive, hands on environment? Do you have 2 to 4 years of experience working as a Commercial Paralegal? Pro-Legal is working closely with an Independent Education Charity based in London recruiting a skilled Commercial Paralegal. You will be working directly with the Director of Legal Services and providing Business Critical support during this busy period. This independent education charity specialises in the assessment of communicative and performance skills covering music, drama, combined arts and English language. This is an incredible opportunity to join a close-knit team during a very busy period. The ideal Commercial Paralegal will have a meticulous eye for detail and very high personal standards. You will be a very key player providing essential support to the Director of Legal Services with corporate governance matters, undertaking legal research and managing the roll out of contracts. Exposure to an international business and overseas working cultures is ideal but not essential.
