The Role and the Candidate Executive Search is a field that requires meticulous market research and mapping in order to offer a service to our clients and candidates that appears seamless and without any fuss. Dealing with the top tier of candidates, the executive search consultant’s role is to find the most suitable position for their candidates wants and demands, as well as negotiating the best arrangement for their candidate when closing the deal. In tandem with this, client relationships are also of paramount importance, so a level of delicacy when suggesting candidates to clients is needed, in order to deliver the best possible service. Gathering up a portfolio of what the client requires to be filled with the open vacancy is key to the job role, paying a great sense of care and attention to the job vacancy in question. Exceptional candidates will possess most, if not all, of the following: • University Degree - 2:1 or higher • Strong communication skills, with an eloquence in the language in spoken or written form • A wealth of experience of working in a professional environment • Leadership • Drive, ambition and want for continued success The Job Offer Success within the role is measured by a number of different means, a list of those is as follows, yet this is not exhaustive: - £25K-£28k basic salary, with competitive/uncapped commission structure - Career path to earn in excess of £300,000 in 5 years - Excellent incentive programme - Monthly lunch club/ rewards scheme - Quarterly European travel events (Monte Carlo, Monaco etc.) - Annual travel award - Extensive training and mentorship programme - Prestigious offices - right in the heart of London.
