A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller (working from home) to join a hugely successful recruitment company. Despite the current climate their accountancy team of 6 has a requirement and our client is looking to recruit a Credit Controller into their team and work from home until such times as we can all go back to working in our offices. This company is based in a brilliant London location. Client Details Page are proud to be representing a market leading recruitment company who are looking for a Credit Controller (working from home) to join their accountancy team. They are working hard through this current climate to keep their business running and doing very well. In this role you will initially be working from home, our client will supply you with a laptop and a phone so that you will be able to successfully collect aged debt. Description Chasing invoices ranging from £150 up to £50,000 Working alongside a team of 1 Credit Controller and a Credit Manager Accessing credit worthiness and agreeing payment plans Seeing up new customers on the system Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients Allocating payments Running reports on Excel and talking through each of them with management Handling queries and escalating to management when necessary Taking payments over the phone Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand each client account Profile Strong attention to detail Brilliant communication skills both written and verbal Strong Excel skills - able to run reports and create pivot tables and vlookups Brilliant work ethic, team player attitude At least 2 years' experience in Credit Control Able to work from home Negotiation skills Able to work in London (once company return to office) Job Offer A brilliant opportunity for a Credit Controller (working from home) to join a CV enhancing recruitment company.
