Overview
Customer Sales Adviser Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm- 42.5 hours per week, inc rotated Saturday. Salary: £19,690 plus Bonus Immediate start - Temp to Perm opportunity Working as one team to ensure that the highest and professional standard of service is provided to each customer. As a Customer Sales Adviser, you'll be on the front line dealing with people who call the order line. You'll handle requests, give information on products, provide quotes to help each person with their purchase, taking our sales from good to great. With over 100,000 product lines, you'll have your work cut out. Therefore you will need: ? Excellent Customer Service Skills ? A helpful, friendly personality ? A gift for sales ? The potential to learn new skills and systems quickly ? Well organised and able to work at pace in a busy contact centre environment ? Main duties and responsibilities ? Placing orders over the telephone on our ordering system ? Up selling items were possible ? Setting up, responding and chasing quote requests ?
