Overview

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Sales owner for the Netherlands and as such responsible for: Executing the go to market sales strategy Ongoing refinement and definition of the target market develop short, med and long term pipeline execute and own deals from origination to implementation define and communicate the segment plan, the clients expectations and the product requirements to help develop the product and capability for the segment Prospecting new clients and pro-actively pitching the company’s Securities Services capabilities, specializing in Custody, Fund Services (e.g. Fund Administration, Middle Office), Agency Lending and Collateral Management Architect and implement programme to raise market profile of businesses through engagement with local consultants, advisors and fund boards, in partnership with Product and working with Corp communications, as required Syndicate plans and build momentum through other company Partners such as Markets Relationship managers, Bankers and product specialist Identify and execute on areas of cross sell for Markets and Securities Services products and services Explore and action inorganic opportunities (partnerships, alliances, acquisitions) for accelerated growth Ensure Securities Services business is a collegiate high performing team offering senior client leadership across the product suite Netherlands  The candidate should possess deep knowledge of the Dutch securities services market across all client segments and how this relates to their operating models and strategic needs / challenges Experience in Securities Services is critical with tangible experience of mutually beneficial C Suite engagement The candidate should have an established track record and experience of sales management roles and tangible deal execution against the target market Strong track record of managing complex, global relationships with large institutions from an origination perspective and into the C-Suite (particularly for large managers) Strong academic background and educated to a degree level or equivalent. Finance, business, economic or mathematical degree discipline would be advantageous. Experience in the financial services industry in a similar role Investment Management Certificate or other relevant professional qualification They can translate C Suite requirements into opportunities for the company’s Securities Services products Have strong Leadership skills to drive a segment combined with specific deal ownership and execution Ability to manage diverse responsibility sets and matrix environments Building and contributing to broad teams Initiative and pro-activity Attention to detail and accuracy Excellent network and communication skills Builds partnerships and values diversity within those Ability to pull teams together across a shared goals and execute against a plan Influence and motivate others inside and outside of direct mandate
