Job Description In this Sales Account Manager graduate job, your mission will be driving the business forward through sales and effective relationship management. You'll be based out of their flagship showroom in central London however, in this job role you will not be confined to your desk. You'll be attending appointments at offices, residences and training facilities delivering a professional and bespoke service to your high-end clientele. You'll be learning and working closely with the Head of Sales, fine-tuning your polished delivery of their service offerings. Key Responsibilities In this Sales Account Manager graduate job, your responsibilities will include: Developing exceptional product knowledge. Managing key accounts The sale of new and used vehicles to sports, media and entertainment clientele Emphasis on relationship management and repeat business Delivery of polished, professional and professional service to clients Maintaining an awareness of vehicle finance options. Carrying out vehicle handovers with customers. Managing and maintaining Customer information through the company database system. Any other duties as and when required Job requirements Undergraduate degree level education A demonstrable ability to achieve and exceed targets. A proactive approach to learning and development Experience working with high net worth individuals a plus An ability to build a rapport with a wide range of customers and suppliers. An ability to work as part of a team under your own initiative. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft packages and database systems (preferably CDK Drive / Kerridge) An ability to take instruction. An ability to work within the framework of Company policies. An understanding and awareness of data protection laws.
