Overview
An established, International furniture company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team in Chelsea. The company have a rich history and their designs encompass both the contemporary and traditional with a principle emphasis on originality, authenticity and uniqueness. The Sales Manager will join the London, Chelsea showroom with the remit of growing business within the interior design and architecture industries. The company supply their products for luxury residential, hospitality and super yacht projects all over the world and this role will function to look after all UK sales. The successful candidate will be an experienced Sales Manager who is well connected to the top / high-end interior designers and architects. The majority of your time will be spent visiting clients to discuss their projects and to educate and advise on the companies furniture product offering. One day per week will be spent at the Chelsea showroom to plan meetings and to oversee orders and administration. This makes a great opportunity for someone that is looking for a varied role where you will be able to organise your own weekly diary. The company is looking for someone that possesses a real eye for high-end interior design, someone with impeccable taste and style who can influence, guide and consult interior designers and architects. While it will be important to nurture relationships through face to face consultations it will be also be important to think of other creative ways to develop business such as through social media. A very competitive commission is on offer of 4% plus a basic of up to £40,000 with an OTE of £60,000 uncapped. Monday to Friday only. Other duties will involve representing the company at all UK design events with an occasional requirement to also represent the company abroad.
