Our subscription service gives underwear and personal care boxes with membership perks and rewards for major brands. Our blog provides content on culture, entertainment, lifestyle, and more. Our podcast delivers content on top travel places, trendy LGBT spots & events, interviews, entertainment, lifestyle tips and more We’re on the lookout for an Ecommerce Manager/Digital Strategist to join our team. You will work on our subscription service building the digital strategy across all major channels (PPC, SEO, Display/Programmatic, Social, PR, and Content). As the ideal candidate, you must have experience within building digital strategy across all major channels for an E-Commerce brand or client. Strong communications will be essential for this role with the ability to lead on stakeholder meetings. Agency or client side candidates will be considered. What you'll be doing: Support our CEO to deliver and shape our eCommerce and digital marketing strategy. Manage the eCommerce site content, customer journey and product merchandising, including but not limited to: Promotions, Product Descriptors, Product Imagery, Campaigns, Checkout Process, Automated Emails, Landing Pages. Support the digital team to deliver the eCommerce strategy, with the support of Co-founders Work alongside key stakeholders to deliver site improvements that enhance the customer experience and drive revenue and improved performance Work with the digital team to setup and maintain reporting dashboards to measure site performance and KPIs. Work with the marketing team to manage the delivery of digital marketing campaigns to deliver positive ROI, ensuring site traffic is optimised and converted - including, but not limited to, PPC, SEO, marketing automation, email marketing (Hubspot). Continuous analysis and reporting of all eCommerce metrics Manage the website ensuring the home page is always up to date, focuses on relevant promotions and has seasonal variance Grow the sales / turnover of the site and report on monthly sales Grow traffic to the website Increase conversion rates / average order value Requirements: An expert in developing commercial webpages, and a track record of improving online sales performance, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), AOV and minimising customer drop off Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and eCommerce tools to improve business performance Utilised A/B testing platforms to enhance and improve the UX. Experience working with WordPress, WooCommerce or a similar eCommerce system. Strong project management skills and experience delivering digital marketing campaigns to drive revenue and increase profitable leads, including PPC, social media, SEO, marketing automation, email marketing (the previous use of Hubspot would be advantageous).
