You can find out more about the journey to date by listening to our Co-Founders being interviewed recently by Monocle - Summary: We are looking for an exceptional Sales Development Representative (with a passion for CRM) to join our sales team. We care deeply about our customers and are committed to providing them with the best service and experience. We're looking for someone who can understand our target customer needs, build trust and create lasting relationships. You'll be responsible for building the piping that helps us to identify, reach out to and qualify potential clients quickly and effectively. You'll be a diligent, tech solution-focused person who gets a kick out of building amazing automated processes in CRMs. You should be able to simplify complex processes and design automations, sequences and systems to identify, reach out and qualify leads. Requirements * Conduct market territory and market-specific research and become a trusted resource for your prospects and colleagues * Building out our inbound and outbound client qualification systems in Hubspot * Work with the Sales leadership to develop and grow the sales pipeline. * Managing data of prospective clients in our CRM system, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate. * Build automated workflows and sequences for the top and middle of sales funnel processes * Identify and build lists of potential clients and be the first point of contact with them, continuing your contract through * Collaborate with both upstream (Marketing) and downstream (Account Execs) functions to ensure we continuously improve our prospecting and sales process. * Provide accurate reports to management analysing progress and suggesting ways to improve performance * Define, measure and report on your personal OKRs * Report on trends and analyse prospect feedback Things we are looking for: * A skilled CRM specialist with at least 3 years experience of managing the outreach and qualification processes within a SaaS or B2B Tech company * An analytical and creatively logical thinker * A proven track record implementing CRM systems * Sound judgement and high emotional intelligence * History of achieving time-specific targets * A positive attitude and an incredible work ethic * High level of commercial acumen * Proactive approach to sharing ideas and best practices in order to find new and better ways to contribute to the ongoing growth of SupplyCompass * Passion/experience/knowledge of fashion and production supply chains (a bonus) Why you will like us: * Frequent opportunities to expand your scope of work * You'll have the autonomy to organise your own day and processes * Rapid progression for high achievers * We are a purpose lead business (and currently applying to become a BCorp) Benefits * Collaborative environment focused on helping you achieve your work goals at the same time as developing personally. * Clear and transparent career progression * 600-year personal development budget ( events, courses, books) * Regular training * Company library of books * Regular company events (Weekly Pizza and beers, Monthly Socials, Annual retreats) * Bike to work scheme * Eco-Designed Workspace with private roof terrace for outside working in summe
