Job Title: Sales Leader – SME Snacking Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 Location: London Sector/ Industry: FMCG VAC-25390 Are you a Sales Lead with experience leading from the front and coaching high performing teams? With Branding on point they are now looking to grow the Commercial Team and bring in a Sales Lead to help them penetrate the market. Currently they are looking to grow their current distribution and on top of that open new National doors. They have presence in Wholesale/Grocery/Online/High-Street but are wanting to build on this. Job Description Managing a Commercial Team Opening up new Channels including Grocery retail – Tesco, Asda etc. Attend key customer meetings with Buyers and negotiate the terms of an agreement Working closely with the Founders Working with the NPD Manager, feeding creative ideas back and information from Buyers Reporting in a P&L session and leading monthly sales meetings Forecasting, Range Planning and using Marketing Data Working cross functionally with Marketing, Finance, NPD Building excellent Relationships with current Account base Person required 4 years sales experience at SNAM/NAC level Experience from a Branded product background – desirable Experience opening doors in Grocery Retail – highly desirable If not opened Grocery accounts, need to have experience opening National Accounts Man-management or Coaching experience is essential Passion for FMCG world – Snacking ideal Strong negotiation and presentation skills Experience and understanding of reporting and analysis of sales data Highly ambitious and creative ability Self-motivated, Tenacious and Hands on In return for this skillset, this organisation offers the chance to be a part of a fantastic, dynamic team with a highly competitive salary alongside amazing benefits.
