Overview
This leading property services group with a large network of offices in London is looking for a hungry Sales Negotiator to join the team at its highly successful office in Battersea Park. To be considered for this role you will have at least 1 years’ experience in the property industry and a proven track record of achieving targets. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in order to provide a bespoke service to clients, as well as eagerness and drive to succeed. In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate: • Excellent face to face customer service skills • Confident manner • The motivation and drive to succeed • Sales focused mentality • Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity • Good presentation and communication skills • IT literate • Must have a full, clean UK driving licence. The package for this role includes a fantastic basic salary of £20,000 and on target earnings in the region of an attractive £50,000 to £60,000 dependent on your performance. A company car will be provided. They also offer fantastic scope for progression.
