It’s a completely personal service from start to finish, and all at a fair fixed fee As the 8th largest Estate Agent In UK, we are looking to expand our successful and award winning operation and are currently seeking driven and self motivated Sales Executives to join our Inbound Sales Department , based at purpose built Customer Contact Centre In Watford, Hertfordshire. Core duties will include identifying and maximising every opportunity through inbound call handling whilst providing the utmost in customer service on every contact. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are eager to further your career and not only gives you genuine uncapped earning potential but you will learn all the required skills to be successful in any sales environment Your responsibilities will include: Taking Incoming calls and assisting with queries from clients, vendors and our Local Yopa Estate Agents Qualifying our customers, booking valuations and viewing appointments, providing assistance with their property purchase/sale Cross selling our additional ancillary services such as mortgage advice, conveyancing support and Yopa bundles Amend Property details and adverts at the request of our vendors or Local Yopa Agents Outbound call making and responding to email contact, handling queries from our clients around the use of our YopaHub, seeing these through to completion and in a timely manner Effectively communicate across all levels of the organisation, including senior management Handle all calls and queries with care, ensuring we get it right first time The essential mix of skills and experience you'll have: Previous sales and/or customer service experience Active listener and skilled note taker Ability to demonstrate negotiation and influencing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, being clear at all times Tech Savvy, proficient In Microsoft Office and Salesforce (desirable) Polite, friendly and professional phone manner Perks include: Modern purpose built office, based within the Croxley Green Business Park with free shuttle bus service to and from Watford Junction Station Breakfast, snacks and refreshments provided daily Free on-site Parking Discounted gym membership Career Progression opportunities available including Apprenticeships In Customer Service Specialist, Level 3 (Equivalent to A-Level), Sales Execuitve, Level 4 (Equivalent to Foundation degree) and Team Leader, Level 3 (Equivalent to A-Level) Excellent office culture you won't find anywhere else Time out the office to attend our annual company events and conferences held around the country About Yopa Winner of Best Online Agent for 2019 at UK Estate Agent of the Year awards Yopa is a leading UK-based full service, fair fixed fee estate agent.
