Overview
Our client is a leading national services provider of Landscaping, Grounds Maintenance & Interior landscaping to a diverse customer base of Public & Private sector clients. Following continued profitable growth, they wish to strengthen their commercial team with the appointment of a Commercial Manager. The Role Reporting into the Commercial Director you will provide per & post contract commercial support across the South East region. You promote best practice across bidding and cost reporting managing a junior QS. Post contract you will be commercially responsible for a regional portfolio of projects with clients monitoring commercial risk and returns. The Person Ideally degree in Quantity Surveying you will have a tract record of commercial management ideally within the Industry or the BPO/FM services sector. You will be both contractually and commercially astute with the gravitas to lead and personally develop in a role requiring client interaction and internal liaison.
