Overview
Our client is one of the UK’s most recognised building contractors with a brand commensurate to quality and value. Their reputation is based upon the successive delivery of major and landmark projects. The Role On project in excess of £200m you will enjoy total commercial autonomy working with the Project Director with a dotted line report to Head of Group commercial. You will monitor the contract commercially ensuring insulation from cost shock, supply chain and subcontract risk and exposure. The Person Ideally M/FRICS qualified you will be a passionate about delivering major projects, as a contractor and be a true team player. You will enjoy working in a purest contracting environment with a focus of recognising and remunerating set goals and objectives.
