This is a company who are professional, extremely well presented, take pride in their work and and have a highly regarded approach to customers and closing negotiations The Role As the Sales manager your role will be to maximise profit whilst ensuring that your team provides the highest standards of service in the industry. Duties In the life of a sales manager no two days are the same, your main focus and priority will be to manage your team but the role can also be quite diverse. Whether you are visiting other offices to discuss ideas with senior members of the business or attending viewings and listings it is essential your diary planning skills are to a high standard. You must be performance driven and possess the ability to reach and exceed targets; additional to these targets, you must be able to hit and surpass personal and team targets. Also being able to develop professional relationships with colleagues, clients and applicants must be something that comes naturally to you and that you are experienced in. A strong attention to detail is essential, not just in your client relationships but in all administrative aspects with paperwork, legislation and confidentiality. You must be able to communicate confidently; to establish the requirements and requests of applicants and clients and to negotiate the best deals possible for the clients. Person Specification The ideal candidate will be someone who is confident and target driven with excellent interpersonal skills and rapid rapport building skills. You must be able to lead and inspire a team to function and perform effectively. The ideal employee is an outgoing, pro active person with a positive attitude to all tasks; one motivated by targets and rewards. Must have a flexible approach to working hours, be a team-player able to establish an effective dynamic with both colleagues and clients in order to motivate and drive the team to success. Essential Criteria A full, valid UK or EU driving license and eligibility to work in the UK is essential for the role Extensive experience in sales with managerial experience a minimum of 2 years consecutive sales experience Experience in valuations and gaining instructions Desirable Criteria Ideally approximately 3 years' experience as a minimum A graduate degree in any discipline Additional languages
