Overview
A leading residential real estate investment company providing affordable housing across the UK are currently recruiting an Acquisitions Surveyor to join their team of housing, development and finance professionals. Having already acquired nearly 1000 shared ownership properties across the UK the successful applicant will also be assisting the Head of Acquisitions in securing new homes. Previous experience in residential development providing clients with affordable housing led consultancy would be preferred, strong financial modelling skills and a knowledge of the drivers of value of residential property. Efficiency and accuracy are both very important in this role as you will often need to work to tight deadlines, while maintaining the highest standards of work product expected from this team. Full exposure and significant career progression guaranteed. Experience of affordable housing at a larger consultancy, developer, housing association or housebuilder is required.
