Overview
This is a Finance Analyst role for a growing real estate and property firm based in Central London. This will be a broad and fully commercial role paying £55K Bonus Car Allowance Benefits. Client Details The Client My client is a leading real estate and property developer that is expanding their Central London Office. They are one of the biggest players in their market and have a real focus on delivering not only high-quality homes/apartments, but on establishing well connected communities. This is a newly created Finance Analyst role which will support the team as it expands and as the company continues to go through growth. Being part of a direct team of 8, finance is a streamlined function and as such you will get some great visibility across a fast-expanding business. Description The Role Reporting is outsourced to another team so this is a fully commercial role. As a Finance Analyst you would have the following key responsibilities: FP&A: Managing all FP&A activities for the London team. Monitor and manage KPIs. Sensitivity analysis. Ownership of budget and forecasts. Modelling: Maintain and update financial models Business Partnering: Building and developing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders (CFO/Senior Management/Operations/Project Managers/Investors etc.). Delivery of reporting and analysis to aid strategic decision making. Ad Hoc Projects: As and where required. Profile What's Needed Qualified Accountant (If ACA you would need to display modelling/commercial skills - eg: secondment into TS/Corp. Finance) Financial Model Exposure (Use of models essential, building of models desirable) Advanced Excel Strong Interpersonal Skills (Presence to manage senior stakeholders both internal and external) Job Offer What's On Offer £55,000 - £60,000 (Experience Dependent) Bonus (Based on both company and individual performance) Car Allowance Pension
