Overview
A 12 month Fixed Term Contract for a Credit Controller to join a hugely successful Telecommunications provider in London. In this role of Credit Controller (12 month FTC) you will be joining a team of 4 Credit Controllers and assisting with collection of aged debt. Client Details Page are proud to represent a market leading Telecommunications company in a fantastic London location. Our client is looking for an ambitious Credit Controller (12 month FTC), with experience dealing with legal processes, to join their accountancy team whilst a team member goes on Maternity Leave. Description Proactively manage the collection of outstanding payments owed to the company by phone, letter and email Assist other departments in resolving all customer queries Working closely with wider accountancy team Manage overdue accounts and direct debits, liaising internally, and when applicable, escalating issues 100% log of all communication with customers on the internal database Run daily credit reports and action them accordingly Manage and organise all customer service transfers Submitting third Party debt orders and logging the claims online, preparing for it and enforcing it Distribute all monthly payslips to employees in the company Ad hoc responsibilities as required by your manager Dealing with money claims online Profile Minimum of 2 years' experience working in Credit Control Excellent interpersonal skills with good telephone manner Comfortable and patient when dealing with people of all levels, internally as well as externally Attention to detail is essential Computer literate with sound knowledge of Word and Excel Able to work well in a team as well as independently with a large level of autonomy Being proactive, enthusiastic, organised and able to prioritise is key to this role, as well as being able to work on your own initiative A good understanding of debt recovery/legal processes Able to work in London Job Offer A competitive salary for a Credit Controller (12 month FTC) to join a market leading Telecommunications provider.
