Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency) Basic Salary £20,000 - £23,000 Car/Car Allowance OTE £40,0000 This successful multiple office Independent Estate Agent with a thriving business in the North London area is seeking an ambitious experienced Sales/Senior Negotiator to join their highly effective sales team. On offer is a brilliant commission structure starting at 10% and raising to 20%, career progression and plenty of stock. The ideal candidate for this position will have proven success of estate agency experience. They will also need to be energetic, driven, proactive, self-motivated and have an excellent ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients. The perfect candidate will have at least 18 months previous Estate Agency experience and be looking to progress their career.
