Founded in 2018, the UK-based company offers an end-to-end payment solution for local merchants who want to expand into global markets. Merchants integrated with FasterPay can access and monetize payments from over 170 new markets, operate and withdraw funds in 20 currencies into multiple bank accounts, all under one world-class secure platform. FasterPay also provides an optimized payment platform for online customers, who can sign up and attach their cards, IBAN or use a digital IBAN to access FasterPay's swift checkout experience. The company operates in 13 global offices - London, Berlin, Lisbon, Kyiv, Sofia, Moscow, Bangalore, Beijing, Shenzhen, Manila, Hanoi, Seoul, and San Francisco. The Role As Sales Executive, your duties and responsibilities are: Identify high-potential businesses, verticals, and markets to develop and execute outbound sales strategies to onboard new clients to Fasterpay; Own and manage your sales pipeline from lead generation, pitching, negotiations, to closing the deal; Do your homework. Explore the pain points of customers understand their needs, and propose high-value solutions in a consultative sales style; Ensure the timely and successful integration of merchants and provide sales support according to their needs; Work closely with marketing, product and other teams to develop and execute sales and marketing activities; Represent FasterPay at conferences, client meetings, and other industry-related events; Learn about the industry and how FasterPay provides a competitive solution for your potential customers. Competencies and Skills Needed To be successful in this role, you need to be: Someone with a natural propensity for business and entrepreneurship; Able to understand and articulate technical concepts and translate them into terms relevant to your clients; A self-starter who is able to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; Ambitious and highly driven to succeed; Passionate for innovation and tech and loves the startup culture. Minimum Requirements A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; At least 1 year of business to business sales experience; Sales experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, tech and digital services is a plus but not required; Excellent presentation and communication skills through different medium; Strong sense of work ethic and business etiquette; Strong interest in technology and digital space; Have excellent intercultural competencies and experience working with a diverse team; Availability to go on business trips; An updated profile on LinkedIn.
