BTR Acquisitions Manager - Central London A residential property business who are market leading in the UK Build to Rent and Private Rented Sector are currently seeking an Acquisitions Manager. With a pipeline of over 8,000 new homes and 15 BTR schemes under development this is a growth hire into the Acquisitions/Investment team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring build-to-rent opportunities nationwide, primarily through forward-funding or forward acquisition structures. This will include the sourcing of new sites, appraising and valuing investment opportunities through to legal negotiation and exchange. You will be someone with an existing network and deal closing instinct. Experience across PRS/student accommodation/hotel/co-living is advantageous.
