Head of UK Assessment and Development, Assessment job, Hays, London Victoria OTE £65k plus benefits, car allowance, etc Your Role as Head of Assessment and Development Heading up our UK Assessment and Development team within Hays, the leading Specialist Recruiter, based in London Victoria you will be responsible for supporting the wider Hays Business in the provision of people Assessment and Development solutions that aim to support successful recruitment and aid the development of client relationships. You will be required to ensure that the business effectively delivers/manages the assessment and development solutions that maximise not only the quality that we deliver but ensure that annual targets are hit. Key Result drivers To Line Manage and Develop The Assessment and Development Team in order for the business to grow Manage the Business Profit and Loss to hit targets through commercial pricing and resource management Role Objectives Qualify Initial Queries from clients and internal leads and offer solutions Pitch to Clients to secure Assesment and Development Packages for the Team to Deliver Administering Feedback to clients on assessments Present test and assessment feedback to clients in the form of presentations and aid selection decisions Conduct Job Analysis Account manager the provision of assessor and role play actions to clients for large scale selections projects Knowledge and Qualification requirements Experience in the fields of assessment and Development Experience of delivering a range of assessment tools within a professional context Proven experience in pitching to clients Experience of delivering clients briefing Strong commercial background in business development and pricing solutions What you'll get in return from us Hays are committed to developing our staff and investing in the growth of our assessment & development division.
