Corporate Resources is currently partnered with an award-winning telecoms provider based in Central London, who is looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their growing team. The purpose of this position is to secure new business for mid-market clients. Duties To analyse client’s requirements to ensure the most effective solutions are given To go above and beyond monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets To independently manage your own pipeline Work closely with internal teams to devise sales strategies so brand awareness is at the forefront of sales campaigns Lead generation through networking and referrals Identify and action any up-selling opportunities within existing clients Prepare contracts when required Ensure all internal systems are updated regularly Experience Prior experience in a new business role within the telecoms industry A driven, motivated mindset The ability to work independently and manage your own diary A self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision Have excellent communication and presentation skills In return A competitive base salary uncapped commission Regular pay reviews The potential to have uncapped holiday allowance Private health dental care Free breakfast and refreshments everyday Discounted gym membership Volunteer day scheme Enhanced pension contribution
