Overview
Our client is looking to recruit a New Homes Sales Negotiator for their 5 Development in South London. Key Responsibilities: Working on site and selling new homes from the marketing suites. Meet and greet customers in a friendly manor. Organise and conduct viewings for customers. Working within a target orientated environment. Liaising and communicating with Developers. Generating sales and providing leads for additional services. The ideal person; Will have experience working on New Homes developments. Will be driven and motivated. Will be confident and resilient. Will be organised and have great customer service skills. Be computer literate with a working knowledge of Word, Excel, E-mail systems and the Internet.
