Overview
Corporate Resources is currently partnered with a growing Data Connectivity Provider based in South London. The individual will be self-motivated, a natural leader and possess a successful track record selling to mid mark customers. The focus of this position is to motivate, coach and supervise a team of Account Managers and New Business Consultants to achieve group targets. Duties: Work with the team to ensure the company is the preferred partner for the services provided to specific accounts Proactively manage key partnership relationships Work alongside senior management to forecast future sales as well as plan the team’s future strategies Manage pipeline of the team through 30/60/90 sales plans Handle C level discussions and negotiations at the highest level of professionalism where required Motivate and maintain the team culture Take responsibility of providing product knowledge to the team Lead and support the team Ensure all sales opportunities are approached and handled to the company’s high standards Experience Prior UK Telecoms new business experience essential A proven track record of success in a competitive sales environment Have a competitive personality and a forward-thinking mind Previous team management experience essential The ability to present to C level clients A positive attitude with the ability to drive and motivate a small team Experience in selling unified communications and cloud services In return A highly competitive salary as well as an impressive OTE Free private health and dental care Department incentives Generous pension contribution Discounted gym membership Regular company days out
