Overview
Our Client designs, delivers and manages solutions to meet their clients strategic and IT needs across Cloud (mostly Azure), Infrastructure, Connectivity and End-User services. About the role You will focus on generating and winning new business by selling IT services and solutions to the clients in the City of London. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate that you possess the knowledge of our industry, so previous experience of selling managed IT services (around Cloud, Security, Infrastructure) is imperative. More specifically, we will be looking for a professional who has: Track record of winning new business within the managed IT services (Cloud, DR, Security, Desktop Support Services) Evidence of working within a defined sales processes with a good understanding of the importance of building a robust sales pipeline Experience of delivering effective professional presentations Good understanding and appreciation of using CRM (leads, accounts, opportunities) Experience of writing proposals and collaborating with other business functions on their completion On a professional level, you will: Demonstrate strong command of spoken and written English Have a professional appearance and demeanour Have excellent time management Demonstrate adaptability (an understanding of an entrepreneurial business and importance of collaborating within fast-pace environment) The role objectives will be to: Generate and close new business through client acquisition Effectively qualify sales opportunities Demonstrate successful progress on sales pipeline through monthly sales reports and forecasts Effectively manage the CRM Proactively work with Operations to ensure the solutions align to the client requirements Deliver effective and professional client presentations Write compelling proposals which demonstrate the suitability of our services against the client objectives What we offer in return: Competitive basic salary 40k to 50k commission Opportunities to attend Company funded technology exhibitions/events.
