Overview
Joshua Robert Recruitment is currently representing a large public sector organisation in the West Midlands currently seeking a Head of Property. The role is to lead on strategic Property & Asset management across a large mixed portfolio across both commercial and residential real estate. The role will be responsible for commercially managing a large land and property portfolio. You'll lead on strategically managing the land and property pre-acquisition procedures, taking ownership of all property and management, manage all property related budgets and partner closely with the wider SLT. You will ensure that the portfolio is compliant with health and safety regulations and fit for purpose. To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership and people management skill including the ability to coach and mentor a growing property team. You'll have strong analytical and financial skills and the ability to lead and set strategy within real estate. It's important that you are an MRICS chartered surveyor and ideally will have knowledge of the acquistion process and construction project management.
