The platform provides a suite of innovative entertainment modules, and to facilitate the brand mission of the platform, Livetree has built a wide range of interactive features to engage our 500,000 users. Our platform is underpinned by ground breaking technology, this includes, live streaming, scheduled screenings, games, quizzes and video analysis. As the public face of the company the Sales Associate is responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services the company offers. A Sales Associate is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of the company products, services, and policies. Sales Associate Responsibilities: Responding to users queries and improving engagement with clients Achieving established goals. Creating a sales funnel resulting in paying users Superior knowledge of the livetree platform Sales Associate Requirements: An Associate’s degree or high school diploma. Sales experience. Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal, written and mathematical communication Job Location The job will be full-time at our offices based in Moorgate, London.
