Everything from the environment, poverty innovation, diversity, equality and the U.N’s 17 sustainability development goals. The platform provides a suite of innovative entertainment modules, and to facilitate the brand mission of the platform, Livetree has built a wide range of interactive features to engage our 500,000 users. Our platform is underpinned by ground breaking technology, this includes, live streaming, scheduled screenings, games, quizzes and video analysis. We are currently looking for a talented CMO to join our team. The CMO is a pivotal role, and acts as an axis between senior and junior members of the team. Responsibilities will include: • Marketing: You will be required to consider the product or service to be marketed, defining target groups and assessing the suitability of various media including influencer marketing, digital and creative content generation. • Budgeting: Marketing will be driven by ROI and reporting on marketing budget allocation, viewing figures and effectiveness will be necessary. • Executive Production: You will be required to oversee the outsourced production houses of our choosing for the shoot and post-edit. This will also include talent acquisition. This will be a very creative role and you will be the delivery lead on these shows. • We are actively seeking more brands to co-produce content with, and strategic partnerships and you will be tasked with be developing and executing the company's business strategies and providing strategic advice. Key Skills The role of CMO, should be able demonstrate proven deliverables within the following: Marketing: Proven background in marketing, experience with paid, non-paid growth hacking and influencer marketing within English speaking territories. Brand: Ability to curate and manage branding within the context of UI/UX designers Creativity: A strong creative background, which can include project design, marketing, or artwork. Leadership: By assuming the role of a c-suite, you need to be able to lead and inspire the members of your creative team. Communication: The CMO must be able to work efficiently and effectively with clients to produce the clients’ desired outcomes Technological: Hands on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce and in-depth knowledge of big data analysis Qualifications and Experience • The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management or similar background from a reputable university • As this is a senior level role the ideal candidate will be required to possess proven experience in Project Management, Business, Marketing or a similar field. Job Location The job will be full-time at our offices based in Moorgate, London.
