The Role We are expanding and growing at a rapid pace so we are looking for a driven sales star to join our highly successful Inside Sales team. If you are looking to great work-life balance and a great package then this could be the role for you In a nutshell, you’ll be responsible for… Closing sales from warm, provided leads quickly, and efficiently, with a clear sense of purpose and a focus on assisting our ambitious growth plans. You’ll be selling to a range of verticals, so will need to be able to be consultative in your approach and a great active listener To succeed, you’ll need… Previous experience of working in a sales environment (ideally inside sales) The ability to build close relationships quickly, and develop deep levels of trust that enable you to persuade and influence decision-making To be passionately committed to going above and beyond for your customers, pulling in whatever resources you need to deliver the best experience for them To be able to simplify the most complex topics in a way that anyone can understand To be driven to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, ever-changing start up environment, and can organise & prioritise your work independently To be committed to self-development, whether independently or with your team; To have had formal sales training, and have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales Experience of the financial marketplace is beneficial, but not imperative Please note this is a 100% outbound, office based sales role.
