THE ROLE A rare opportunity within the general commercial litigation team which advises cross-sector clients on a range of matters including high value complex High Court proceedings, injunctive relief, cross-border disputes. The team advises across the firm's core sectors and regularly assists more industry-focused teams within the business. As a member of a leading litigation firm you will need to understand the need to provide straightforward commercial advice within the context of the needs of clients' business, to ensure that the Firm helps clients resolve disputes by the most effective means. The international commercial litigation team has advised on some of the world's most high-profile and business critical disputes, often shaping and influencing precedents and law. ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will have the opportunity to get involved on a variety of interesting and challenging matters, against leading City/Global firms and for a range of clients. With experience working on high value and complex commercial litigation, you will be capable of working in a fast paced team orientated environment and on discrete points with limited supervision. The firm is ideally looking for a candidate with between 2-3 PQE although PQE levels are a guide and all suitable candidates will be considered.
