Our beautiful office is located in a co-working space Fora Space, 71 Central Street London EC1V 8AB. Were looking for a PERFORMANCE MANAGER to join the London Operations team, led by Nuria. You will focus on guaranteeing clients with unique and complex operations receive world class service at all times. You will be responsible for key financial and operational KPIs such as gross margin and order success rate. This is a tremendous opportunity that requires commercial acumen, an ability to improve processes and drive for action. You will have the opportunity to work with enterprise clients and will be integral to the success of their rapid delivery operations. Responsibilities * Manage team of ~5 * Conduct root cause analysis and proactively find areas for operational improvement * Matching supply and demand - working with business operations, courier operations and the onboarding team to ensure that we have enough riders in the right place at the right time. * Manage the fleet structure and incentive schemes * Work closely with Commercial & Account Management to understand client requirements * Design alongside the Onboarding team the onboarding plan(s) * Plan alongside cross functional teams the rollout / launch of new clients, pickup locations and verticals Requirements * Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in consulting-based role * You have experience managing a team * You have a strong analytical mindset and are able to apply numbers to actions * You are a strong communicator and have experience work with different stakeholders across departments * You are inquisitive and forward-thinking - curious, thoughtful and confident questioning the status-quo Benefits * Competitive salary and bonus * Lunch paid for every day (in value up to 10) at work and all the free drinks/snacks you can handle * Monthly gym allowance (in value up to 40) to use in any gym or for any sport class - a healthy mind in a healthy body! * Annual company offsite Ibiza this year! * Private health care provided by AXA (including dental and optical) * Pension taken care of through a partnership with Royal London * Work in an international, dynamic and passionate environment with a great company culture. * Lunchtime sports: frequent yoga, 5 a side football Fridays, squash Thursdays Logistics for a sustainable world.
