Overview
6 month contract for a Building Control Officer in North Wales. 3/5 days can be worked from home. Your new company Your new company is a Building Control specialist based in Wrexham. Your new role Your new role as Building Control Officer will require you to oversee new build, extension, alteration and refurbishment projects. You will ensure building regulations are implemented and maintained by way of conducting site inspections.You will examine plans to ensure compliance with regulations and assess feasibility of building. What you'll need to succeed To succeed, you will need to have had at least 2 years experience in a similar role overseeing similar projects. What you'll get in return In return you'll receive £20-£28 per hour depending on experience. You will be able to work remotely or from home 2-3 days per week if appropriate when workload dictates.
