Sales Manager Nouvo Recruitment are recruiting for the UK’s leading gift experience provider. Our core focus is to deliver happiness to our customers, suppliers, employees and retail partners. We aim to do this by providing industry leading products. The Role; The Partner Relations Manager will lead the team responsible for delivering excellent commercial outcomes for our large and growing base of medium and small size clients. They will ensure our partners provide our customers with an excellent experience and drive partner business volume through identifying new product opportunities, cross selling and upselling. Lead a team of five Account Managers and Partner Executives and is responsible for defining and delivering the KPIs in this critical business area. Manage a high performing team to deliver best in class service to our partners Build and maintain strong relations with our partners to ensure a high degree of partner satisfaction Meet/exceed KPI targets both for engagement, new product development, commission/margin enhancement and customer satisfaction Motivate your team to reach their KPIs, identify and remedy skills gaps and support each team member to improve results Use the available systems (call recording etc) to deliver sales coaching to your team to maximise their success Directly account manage a pool of clients in our theatre/leisure categories, showing leadership by delivering exceptional service and fantastic commercial outcomes Work with the Partner Management Operations team to ensure delivery of the required CRM activity Skills; You have a minimum of 2 years management experience and a proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve great results You are an accomplished account/sales manager with a track record in developing new commercial opportunities with businesses in the theatre and leisure industries You have a logical, analytical approach to numbers, can quickly identify insights and their resulting actions necessary to make a difference You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with clear deadlines and targets for you and team Your strength as a leader is highly correlated to your communication skills (verbal and written) with your teams and the wider business Good working knowledge of Salesforce Due to a very high number of applications we are unable to come back to every candidate with feedback.
